These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products, and services offered by YourBrand ("YourBrand," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
YourBrand designs and builds a custom career portfolio website based on the resume and materials you provide. The build is a one-time service. Monthly hosting and unlimited updates are offered as an optional recurring subscription that you may cancel anytime.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and any resume, images, or content you want included. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any materials you submit to us.YourBrand is not liable for inaccuracies in the content you provide.
The one-time build fee is due at checkout. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once work on your website has begun, the build fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The optional monthly subscription for hosting and updates may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already charged.
We aim to deliver your custom website within 48 hours of receiving your completed materials. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of your request and how quickly you provide the necessary information.
Upon completion and full payment, the final website content is yours to use. YourBrand retains the right to display completed work as examples of our services unless you request otherwise in writing.
YourBrand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the build.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
